Hours: Flexible
Compensation $25- $28 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
- Manage inventory and maintain proper storage of ingredients.

- Consistently follow all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sushi chef, demonstrating expertise in Japanese cuisine.
- Proficient knife skills and the ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
