An organization is seeking a bilingual Service Coordinator fluent in English and Spanish to provide essential support services. Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct home visits to assess client needs and provide assistance.
• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports.
• Support clients in accessing community resources and programs.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Previous experience in a service or coordination role is a plus.
