\n - Our client, a leading energy and utilities organization, is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAFe Scrum Master to support complex technology and product delivery initiatives across a large-scale Agile environment.
\n - This is an opportunity for a strong Agile leader who can operate effectively at both the team and program levels, work closely with technical and business stakeholders, and bring structure, accountability, and delivery focus to complex initiatives.
\n - The ideal candidate is a SAFe-focused Scrum Master with strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience, excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on exposure to AI and emerging technologies to understand how these capabilities are being applied within a business environment.

Responsibilities
\n
\n - Serve as a senior Scrum Master and servant leader supporting technical product and engineering teams.
\n - Facilitate SAFe and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, reviews, PI Planning, and other program-level activities as appropriate.
\n - Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, SAFe methodology, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
\n - Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, engineering teams, technical leadership, and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive delivery.
\n - Use Azure DevOps (ADO) to support backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, delivery tracking, and team visibility.
\n - Manage and communicate team-level and cross-team dependencies, risks, impediments, and delivery concerns.
\n - Help teams navigate changing priorities, evolving requirements, competing stakeholder needs, and complex delivery challenges.
\n - Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, dependencies, blockers, and overall team health.
\n - Use Agile metrics and delivery data to identify trends, support decision making, and improve team performance.
\n - Support program-level coordination and contribute to broader Agile delivery activities across multiple teams and workstreams.
\n - Partner with technical teams and leadership to understand delivery challenges and help remove obstacles.
\n - Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex delivery information into clear and actionable updates.
\n - Support release planning, readiness activities, and delivery coordination as needed.
\n - Bring structure and consistency to complex initiatives while maintaining a strong servant-leadership approach.
\n - Leverage a practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies to effectively support teams working with or delivering AI-enabled capabilities.
\n - Take on responsibilities beyond traditional Scrum Master activities when needed to support successful delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications
\n
\n - Senior-level experience as a Scrum Master supporting complex technology, product, or engineering teams.
\n - SAFe experience and strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
\n - SAFe certification is required.
\n - Strong, hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for Agile planning, backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and delivery visibility.
\n - Demonstrated experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward continuous improvement.
\n - Strong servant-leadership, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
\n - Experience operating effectively in a complex enterprise environment with multiple teams, dependencies, and stakeholders.
\n - Ability to identify and manage risks, impediments, dependencies, and competing priorities.
\n - Strong ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
\n - Experience using Agile metrics and delivery data to monitor team performance and delivery health.
\n - Practical experience with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, automation, or other emerging technologies. Candidates do not need to be AI experts, but should understand how AI can be used in a business/technology environment and be comfortable supporting teams working with these technologies.
\n - Ability to operate independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
\n
\n - Experience working in large-scale enterprise technology environments.
\n - Experience operating across multiple Agile teams or within an Agile Release Train (ART).
\n - Prior Release Train Engineer (RTE) experience or exposure to program-level Agile delivery.
\n - Experience supporting digital transformation, emerging technology, automation, or AI-related initiatives.
\n - Experience working with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, platform, or product teams.
\n - Experience communicating delivery status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.
\n

\n - Strong SAFe knowledge and proven experience applying SAFe in an enterprise environment.
\n - Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) experience.

\n - Comfortable working with highly technical teams without needing to be a hands-on technical expert.
\n - Able to effectively manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and competing priorities.

\n - Data-driven approach to delivery management and continuous improvement.
\n - Comfortable working in complex, evolving environments.
\n - Working knowledge of AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to understand and support their use in a business environment.
\n - Proactive, collaborative, organized, and capable of bringing structure and accountability to complex delivery efforts.
