Weekly Gross Pay: $4,573 / Week

Weekly Taxable: $2,977/ Week

Weekly Stipend: $1,596/ Week



Hourly Taxable Rate: $74.43/Hour

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Cardiac Cath Lab to lead operations for a high-volume cardiovascular program at a major medical center. This leadership opportunity focuses on cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology services, staff development, quality improvement, and operational growth.

The program currently includes 5 Cardiac Cath Labs and 4 EP Labs , with planned expansion to 7 Cardiac Cath Labs and 6 EP Labs .

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology Labs.
• Ensure efficient workflow, patient throughput, and high-quality patient care.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Cath and EP staff.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and multidisciplinary departments.
• Manage operating and capital budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives, clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.
• Use data analysis and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
• Partner with hospital leadership on strategic planning and cardiovascular service-line growth.
• Support advanced cardiovascular procedures and technologies.
• Provide leadership for structural heart and regional cardiogenic shock programs.
• Support the expansion and integration of new procedure rooms.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization or Electrophysiology Lab .
• At least 2 years of leadership experience .
• Experience in complex medical centers or teaching institutions preferred.
• Experience leading Cath Labs and/or structural heart programs.
• Experience managing high-volume cardiovascular operations with 4 5+ labs .
• Critical Care/High-Risk patient experience required.
• Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology and electrophysiology procedures, equipment, and protocols.
• Strong multidisciplinary leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience improving clinical outcomes and driving innovation.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

Preferred: Master's degree.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license .
• BLS certification required.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for an experienced cardiovascular nursing leader seeking a high-volume, advanced Cath/EP environment.
