Manages multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually, inspiring volunteers and stakeholders to achieve growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain community and corporate relationships to meet revenue and participation goals. Recruit, train, and coach volunteers to execute fundraising strategies effectively. Oversee multiple volunteer-led events, ensuring continuous growth. Foster a positive, inclusive team environment and develop long-term community partnerships. Manage event budgets, set milestones, and utilize data for outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in volunteer mobilization or sales. Proven success in developing relationships, managing volunteers, and achieving fundraising targets. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
